JOYCELYNE holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting and Finance from the University of Buea, Cameroon. She is a Hard-working and versatile with proven finance, accounting, leadership and organizational skills. She has served in many financial institutions with proven experience: she served in the Esu Progressive Credit Union Limited as Cashier, Accounts clerk and daily collector between July 2017 and January 2018. During this time, she successfully gained over 30 new members for the union through good communication and interpersonal relation skills. She also served at UNICS PLC Buea as an Intern between December 2018 and May 2019. During this period, she assisted in daily controls, creating accounts for customers, visa cards subscriptions, updating customers’ pass books, office administration, customer service, registration and loading of visa cards, filling of loan application forms and assisted customers in filling out cheques, deposit and withdrawal slips. She assisted the accountant in preparing journals, stock sheets, bank reconciliation statements and Inter Branch transactions. She also served at UNICS PLC Limbe as Temporal Teller between October 2019 and February 2020 where she performed debit and credit transactions for customers using the *bankers’ realm* software of the company. General cash management and posting of transactions from one branch to another and from one account to another. Did daily book keeping and cash records. She is serving at the Luther king Jr Memorial Foundation (LUKMEF) as Finance Assistant from May 2021 – Present where she Performs justifications of all financial activities of the organization, Performs financial entries Assists in day-to-day administrative tasks in the office, Ensures proper follow up of procedures relating to financial disbursements, prepares weekly departmental reports and represents the department in coordination meetings.
